Step 1

Free Business Requirements Document

Most agencies start with a quote. We start with a document.Before any pricing conversation, our team sits down with you, in person or remotely, and spends 8 to 10 hours building your Business Requirements Document. This is a detailed written specification of every feature, every user type, every workflow, and every edge case in your app. It is your architectural blueprint.You keep this document. No strings attached. No other app development company does this.Why do we do it? Because apps built without a proper BRD get rebuilt. Features get missed. Scope creeps. Costs spike. The BRD eliminates surprises for both sides.

Step 2

Architecture, Proposal & Tech Stack

Once the BRD is complete, our lead architect reviews it and we build a full proposal: timeline, tech stack recommendation, team structure, and detailed pricing. You will know exactly what you are getting, when you will get it, and what it will cost, before you commit.We recommend the right technologies for your specific project. For most web applications we work in React, Vue, Node.js, and Python. For mobile we build native iOS and Android or cross-platform depending on your audience and budget. Branding & Visual Identity

With approved designs and a signed-off BRD, development begins. We build clean, modular, scalable code. Front-end, back-end, API development, database architecture, and continuous integration are all handled in-house. Staging & Client Testing
