Equitable Events is on a mission to remove the cost barriers that keep kids from experiencing sports, concerts, theater, and cultural events. They needed an app that could manage complimentary ticket distribution, coordinate with community partners, handle youth sports scholarships, and reach families in underserved communities with zero friction.
We built a platform that connects trusted community organizations with the families they serve, manages event inventory, and creates a seamless experience for kids who would otherwise never get through the door. An in-house Rootless product, taken from name to launch. We designed nine single-purpose tools, from PDF Kit and Doc Scanner to Trip Split and Invoice, and built them on Next.js as web apps that install to a phone or computer with their own icon. PDF Kit and Doc Scanner process files on the device, so nothing is uploaded, and one $4.99 monthly subscription covers every tool.

Before any pricing conversation, our team sits down with you – in person or remotely – and spends 8 to 10 hours building your Business Requirements Document. This is a detailed written specification of every feature, every user type, every workflow, and every edge case in your app. It is your architectural blueprint.
