Greta

Greta came to the U.S. from Albania at nine, earned a business administration degree at Worcester State University, and went from roofing foreman to founder of Golden Group Roofing, a leading roofing company in Massachusetts. She won the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2023 New England Award and made the Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. Still, Greta felt rootless. Golden Group had been juggling agencies that did not talk to each other, so she and Xhulio started Rootless: one agency that does it all, business first.

Xhulio

Xhulio graduated as Valedictorian of Epoka University in Albania and moved to the USA in 2017, where he worked as a full stack software engineer across back end, front end and UI/UX design. He brings that engineering background to every brand, website and app Rootless makes, and he holds the agency to one rule: we work with our clients, not for them.

Rei

Rei is a senior graphic designer with more than a decade of experience designing brands. His projects range from product design, such as water bottles, to abstract brands that live entirely in digital form. He is as comfortable designing something a customer holds in their hand as something that only exists on a screen. Rei works alongside his sister Sindi on the Rootless team.

Sindi

Sindi is a senior graphic designer with more than a decade of experience. At Rootless she works alongside her brother Rei on brand work, helping clients shape how their business looks and comes across. Talent clearly runs in the family. With Sindi and Rei on a project, a client’s brand is in the hands of two designers with years of practice behind them.

Dea

Dea has more than a decade of experience in web design and UI/UX for web apps. What sets her apart is the way she weaves a brand’s elements into the website itself, turning a visit into a creative journey through the brand instead of a page of plain visuals. At Rootless, Dea designs the sites and web apps where a client’s brand comes to life online.

Amarda

Amarda is a WordPress developer with more than three years of experience in development and a degree in computer science. At Rootless, Amarda builds and handles the agency’s WordPress sites, turning designs into working websites and looking after them once they are live. When a client’s site runs on WordPress, Amarda is the one making sure it works the way it should.

Elvi

Elvi has spent more than five years in video editing and videography, with a specialty in hype videos and hype brand videos for social media and websites. These are energetic pieces made to grab attention and give a brand momentum. At Rootless, Elvi shoots and edits that kind of video for clients, both for their social channels and for their websites.

Chiara

Chiara is the team’s social media queen, with more than three years of experience managing social media. Her specialty is coming up with creative ways to make Gen Z content for clients, so their brands speak the language of a younger audience. At Rootless, Chiara runs clients’ social channels and keeps their feeds full of ideas that feel current.

Kevin

Kevin has more than five years of experience in paid advertising, managing multi-million-dollar accounts for corporations. At Rootless, Kevin runs clients’ paid ad campaigns and brings the care that big budgets demand to every account, whatever its size. When a client wants their ads to bring in real business, Kevin is the one planning the campaigns, launching them and watching the numbers.

Katherine

Katherine has been writing content since 1997 and specializes in SEO and blog posts. When a client works on SEO strategy with Rootless, Katherine is usually the person they jump on a call with. She gathers what she needs about the business on that call, then writes the content herself, with decades of practice behind every piece.

Rootless works from Suite C404, on the fourth floor of Hudson Mills, the brick mill buildings on Broad Street in Hudson. Brick walls, tall windows and plants everywhere: it is where we plan, design, film and build.
