After moving from Belarus to the United States with a desire to grow and adapt, she worked her way from an entry-level housekeeping job to earning her MBA, leading large restaurant teams, and eventually building a successful construction and development business with her husband, Wilson. Their work grew from modest house flips to multi-million-dollar developments recognized for quality and strong design, which led Olga to become a licensed REALTOR® and bring her construction, staging, and design expertise directly to her real estate clients.

Her own mountain retreat, built during challenging times, became a source of comfort and shaped her belief that a home should bring stability and joy. She wanted an agency that understood her expectations, respected her vision, and could translate the idea of a square into a strong, recognizable brand. The challenge was to create a logo and website that felt modern, playful, and unmistakably tied to the square concept without feeling repetitive or forced.
We started by developing a logo that captured the essence of Red Square Realty. The symbol, the typography, and even the subtle details were inspired by square forms to reinforce brand recognition. With the visual identity locked in, we moved into website design. The site was planned in Figma to allow for clear collaboration and efficient feedback. Every part of the content and layout kept the square theme alive while still feeling light and engaging. Once approved, we built the website on WordPress using Elementor, creating a playful, polished site that fully brought Olga’s new brand to life.
